Brooks Applegate earned his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in applied statistics, psychometrics, and research methods 1986 from Texas A&M University. He is currently a full Professor and Program Coordinator for Evaluation, Measurement, and Research at Western Michigan University.
