I am a neuroscientist with background in neuroradiology and computational data analysis. My lab develops and applies methods to study conditions through brain MRI, including neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric disorders, and stroke. We develop tools for brain MRI segmentation and quantification, promoting the means to perform reliable and reproducible translational research. My work involves BigData and high-throughput analysis, by using artificial intelligence to retrieve latent features that characterize diverse conditions.
