This session is developed by, and presenters invited by, Dispensing, and Business Practice Management: Audiology. The focus of this session will be the use of various forms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of audiology practice management. Specific KPIs related to financial position, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction will be described. Audiology managers often spend sufficient time evaluating the financial position of a practice, while neglecting to consider issues related to employees and patients. A wholistic approach to KPI analysis will be discussed.
