The purpose of this research presentation is to provide information related to the content, understandability, actionability and clinical utility of YouTube videos about shared storybook reading (SBR) found on both United States and India channels. This study (1) evaluated meta-data, content, understandability, and actionability of videos; (2) compared groups of parents in the United States and India on their storybook reading practices and attitudes as well as their perceptions of SBR videos; and (3) examined relationships between parents’ attitudes toward shared storybook reading and perceptions of video credibility.
