Siddharth Sukumaran is currently a Scienitific Director and Head of Translational Pharmacometrics at Janssen. He received his doctoral and post-doctoral training in PK/PD, and M&S from University at Buffalo. His drug development experience spans multiple therapeutic areas and biotherapeutic modalities. Prior to joining Janssen, he led a group of preclinical / translational PK/PD scientists at Genentech, and also served as a Pharmacology Team Leader, leading cross-functional teams supporting preclinical and early clinical development programs. He has contributed to several regulatory filings, been an author or co-inventor of more than 35 research articles, reviews, book chapters, and patents, and has been an invited speaker to numerous conferences.
