Session Description

This year's Systems Pharmacology (SP) Community session will focus on applications of virtual population approaches in clinical design making. Different methodologies for how the virtual populations are built and the utilities of such approaches will be discussed in detail. Attendees will learn from the speakers on the methodologies, and advantages and disadvantages of virtual population in quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) modeling.

Learning Objectives

1. Upon completion, participants will be able to learn about different methodologies of virtual population generation and its utilities in clinical decision making.

2. Upon completion, participants will learn about how quantitative systems modeling can be used for clinical development and decision making.
