Session Description

In order to be innovative, effective and creative in this world, organizations will need to leverage everyone. Organizations don’t have the luxury to rely on, as compared to what they may have traditionally done, on parts of the workforce, but rather need to make sure they leverage the all of the diversity of talents they have in their organizations. For example, in every organization there are quiet but brilliant leaders hiding out. How can organizations let them thrive and let them bring their best-selves to work? Impostor syndrome could be a reason that is holding back individuals and thus their organizations. What is impostor syndrome? How does it show up in leaders? How can leadership reinforce or diminish the self-sabotaging elements of impostor syndrome? On the other hand, how can leadership innovation be disruptive and empower everyone to the benefit of the organization and their people?
