Xiaowei is a Senior Scientist in the Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (QP2) Group at Merck. She serves as a QP2 leads on preclinical and clinical drug development teams for antiviral programs. She applies quantitative approaches to develop and implement translational strategies, characterize clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of new chemical entities, and inform dose selection and Go/No-Go decisions. Prior to join Merck, Xiaowei received her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Rutgers University in 2018.
