HU Wei, M.D., Ph.D., is currently a chief pharmacist and a professor at the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University (the “Hospital”). He serves as the director of the Drug Clinical Trial Institution of the Hospital. He has led eight projects including projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and subprojects of the National Major New Drug Innovation Program, and has published about 30 papers in SCI-indexed journals as the first or corresponding author. He is the chairperson of the Drug Clinical Trial Professional Committee of Anhui Pharmacological Society; he also works for the China NMPA as a GCP audit expert and a joint audit expert.
