Dr. Sagar Shukla, PharmD, PhD, is an ORISE Fellow within the Division of Therapeutic Performance at the U.S. FDA. He earned his PharmD and PhD from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. He specializes in pharmacokinetics and topical and transdermal drug delivery. In his current role he is responsible for reviewing controlled correspondences, developing product-specific guidances, and assisting with FDA funded research investigating different topical and transdermal bioequivance methodologies.
