Dr. Gobburu is a Professor with the School of Pharmacy and the School of Medicine, University of Maryland, Baltimore, MD, USA. He held various positions at the US FDA between 1999 and 2011. Under his leadership, a Division of Pharmacometrics was formed at the FDA and several policies were established. His research interests are in the areas of: clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, drug development.
