Dr. Agathe Béranger, MD, PhD, is currently an affiliate to the University of California San Francisco, after one year of post doctoral scholarship. She earned her PhD in pharmacometrics from the University of Paris (France). She is also a MD, specialist in pediatric intensive care unit and actually working in cardiac ICU in Necker hospital (Paris, France). She first studied antibiotics pharmacokinetics in critically ill children, and she is now studying antibiotics pharmacokinetics in another vulnerable population, children suffering from tuberculosis. Her goal is to achieve optimal prescription in pediatric population. She has published original research in this area and has presented her research at national meetings. She has been a member of ASCPT since 2021.
