Nicole M. Del Toro-Pagán, BS, PharmD, BCPS, CMWA is a pharmacogenomics pharmacist for TRHC’s Office of Translational Research and Residency Programs. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Del Toro-Pagán worked as a multi-specialty clinical pharmacist at Yale New Haven Health - Bridgeport Hospital, where she also completed a Post Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) pharmacy practice residency in July 2019. Dr. Del Toro-Pagán then pursued a PGY2 in clinical pharmacogenomics at TRHC, which she completed in June 2021. Presently, Dr. Del Toro-Pagán provides pharmacogenomic (PGx) consultation services to healthcare providers and provides education related to PGx to pharmacy students, residents, and other healthcare professionals. She is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS) and is also fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
