Boston Children’s Hospital
Dr. Yu leads a research group in the Division of Genetics & Genomics and Department of Neurology at Boston Children’s Hospital that works at the intersection of genomics, informatics, and neurobiology to better understand and treat rare neurologic disease. A graduate of Harvard College, he completed MD-PhD training at UC San Francisco and neurology residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. His research efforts span the range from gene discovery for autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders to clinical genome interpretation to the advancement of novel models for advancing individualized genomic medicine.
