Dr. C. Grace Elijah is a Ph.D. student associated with Kansas State University's Feed Safety Team. Dr. Elijah's background involved swine production medicine but became interested in feed safety when auditing feed mills while on externships during veterinary school. Dr. Elijah's projects include understanding the distribution of viruses once introduced in the feed mill, understanding the link between the feed supply chain and feed mill, and determining when to intervene in the feed supply chain to reduce contamination. In her free time, Dr. Elijah likes to read and enjoy time with her three dogs.
