Jae-Cheol Jang received his B.Sc. in animal science from Kangwon National University, M.Sc. and Ph. D. in animal nutrition from Seoul National University. He is has been working at the Swine Nutrition Lab., Dept. of Animal Science, University of Minnesota Postdoc as a Postdoctoral Associate since 2017 under the supervision of Drs. Pedro Urriola and Gerald Shurson.
Jae-Cheol's previous research mostly focused on nutrient utilization of corn Distiller's Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) in swine digesta, using in vivo and in vitro technology. Other research that he took charge of is the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) for pork production when modifying type and regional sourcing of feed ingredients.
