Dr. Pencheng (Allan) Xue graduated from Purdue University in 2016. He got his Bachler and Master’s degree from China Agricultural University, Beijing, China. Dr. Xue is currently with Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health. His research focus includes nutrition system development, nutrient and energy requirements, amino acid and mineral utilization, and feed additive evaluation for monogastric animals.
