Edurado Rodriguez has a Master of Science in Animals Sciences and is a doctoral student at the Univeristy of Florida. Eduardo grew up in Miami. He graduated from the Univeristy of Florida with a B.A. in physics, a B.S. in biology, and a business minor in 2016. He became interested in biological research after working in a biomedical engineering lab at the University of Miami and paints in his free time. Eduardo is a lab technician for Dr. Mateescu’s Animal Genetics and Genomics lab and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree with Dr. Mateescu. He is working to uncover the genetic factors influencing the nutritional content of beef while maintaining the lab in working order.
