Ronald Trotta is a graduate research assistant in the Department of Animal & Food Sciences at the University of Kentucky. Ronald completed his B.S. in Animal Science at the University of Kentucky in 2017 and his M.S. in Nutritional Physiology at North Dakota State University in 2019. He is currently a PhD student under the direction of Dr. David L. Harmon and his research program focuses on carbohydrate digestion in ruminants.
