Angel Raudales Quijada was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He received his BSc of Agricultural Science and Production from Escuela Agricola Panamericana Zamorano in 2020. Where he worked in different production units, which included dairy and feedlot cattle production and management. Also, he processed these commodities into final dairy and meat products. During his senior year of college, he gained experience in the beef cattle industry by working at a Brahman Cattle Seedstock Ranch. Currently, he works as a research intern in the Sustainable Ruminant Nutrition Laboratory at Texas Tech University.
