Why Exhibit at the Review Course?
The ASAM Review Course in Addiction Medicine is a national event, widely recognized as the essential primer for physicians and other healthcare professionals who are preparing for a career in addiction medicine, as well as for primary care providers who wish to increase their skills in identifying and managing patients whose medical problems are caused or exacerbated by substance use disorders.
Approximately over 600 professionals attend this popular course each time it is offered. ASAM’s Review Course has had a major impact on advancing a common base of scientific knowledge among physicians and other healthcare professionals.
All networking events and meals, including the Attendee Reception, Lunches and Refreshment Breaks will be held in the Tabletop Exhibit Hall to draw in attendees.
Tabletop Exhibits
Tabletop includes:
- Two (2) exhibitor registrations to the ASAM Review Course
- One 6' draped table, Two (2) chairs, One (1) Wastebasket
- One (1) Identification sign
- Online profile on the conference website and in the conference app with exhibitor name, description, website and social media links
- Collateral uploads of website links, PDFs of products, white papers, research, etc.
- Up to three (3) selectable industry category types that are searchable by attendees on conference website and app
- Exhibit hall floorplan scroll over listing on conference website and conference app

ASAM Rules and Regulations & Exhibitor Support Online Application:
All information included in ASAM’s
Exhibit/Support Rules and Regulations is incorporated by reference into the Exhibit & Support Online Application (the “Application”) and becomes part of the contract between the exhibitor/ sponsor and ASAM. These policies have been developed in the best interests of the exhibitors/supporters as a whole. ASAM Management respectfully asks the full cooperation of all exhibitors and supporters in observing these policies. All points not covered are subject to the decision of ASAM Management. Supporters and exhibitors must meet the requirements outlined in ASAM’s Exhibit and Support Rules and Regulations.
Please read the Rules & Regulations carefully! By submitting the online application,
the exhibiting organization is acknowledging they will abide by the ASAM Rules & Regulations and are in full agreement.
ASAM General Guidelines:
ASAM may defer or reject any application for any lawful reason in its sole discretion. By submitting the online application, your organization agrees to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws, regulations, and policies administered by the Federal Food & Drug Administration and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are subject to resolution at the discretion of ASAM. These regulations may be amended at any time by ASAM, and all amendments shall be equally binding on all parties upon publication.
Cancellation Policy:
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received through April 25, 2022. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received between April 25, 2022 and May 30, 2022. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after Monday, May 30, 2022. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to: ASAM Meetings Department, 11400 Rockville Pike, Suite 200, Rockville, MD, 20852, or emailed to:
ASAMsupporters@ASAM.org.
Payment Deadlines:
Exhibit booth and/or sponsorships must be paid in full within 14 days of accepted application and payment must be recieved prior to the start of the conference. The ASAM Meetings Department will provide an invoice with a link for credit card payment. If paying via check please mail to: ASAM Meetings Department, 11400 Rockville Pike, Suite 200, Rockville, MD, 20852.
Attendee List Email Scam Warning:
Unfortunately, emails are circulating that offer to sell attendee lists for ASAM’s conferences and events. These emails are sent by scammers who are not affiliated or endorsed by ASAM.
Note: ASAM does not sell its exhibitor or attendee lists and no third-party is authorized to distribute or sell any lists related to our events. Statements claiming to offer our attendee lists are fraudulent. If you receive emails that propose to sell ASAM conference attendee lists, do not engage with the sender and delete the message.
