Curtis Bone MD, MHS, is an Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He is a board-certified family medicine physician and is also an addiction medicine physician. He has a long-standing interest in education, addiction medicine, and research. Dr. Bone received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine concurrently while receiving an MHS in Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomsberg School of Public Health. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine at the University of California Los Angles and completed two fellowships in Addiction Medicine and Advanced Interprofessional Fellowship in Addiction, at Yale University School of Medicine and West Haven VA Hospital, respectively. In addition to leading the addiciton medicine clerkship at Penn State, Dr. Bone currently serves as the Associate Director of Education for the Penn State Addiction Center for Translation.
