Riley Shearer, MSc, is a graduate student in the MD/PhD program at the University of Minnesota. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Services Research, Policy, and Administration with a focus on clinical outcomes. His past research has focused on understanding trends and demographic characteristics of substance use and the overdose crisis to inform treatment and prevention programs.
