Kate Roberts, LCSW, has been a clinical instructor faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at UNC-CH's School of Medicine since 2020. Her work explores patterns of drug use among women who inject drugs and gender-responsive clinical interventions. Currently a doctoral candidate in Social Work, her dissertation will explore similar themes.
Brenda L. Pearson, LCSW has been a Research Instructor faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at UNC-CH’s School of Medicine since 2003. From 2003 – 2018 her work focused on clinical research projects within UNC’s Center for Women’s Mood Disorders. Since early 2018 she has been the Project Manager for the UNC Addiction Medicine Program.
Dr. Robyn Jordan is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine Specialist and is an Assistant Professor in the UNC School of Medicine. She is the medical director of the UNC Addiction Medicine Program and serves as the Program Director for the UNC Addiction Medicine Fellowship that she established in 2018. Dr. Jordan’s area of focus is finding innovative ways to bring addiction treatment to the citizens of North Carolina.
