UF Health Florida Recovery Center

UF Health Florida Recovery Center specializes in the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders for adults. For over 20 years our medical director, Dr. Scott Teitelbaum and the team of experts have provided the highest quality of care to support individuals getting into recovery.  In conjunction with the College of Medicine and the Department of Psychiatry, the Florida Recovery Center has the resources available to provide a continuum of care and provide all areas of medical attention.  The Florida Recovery Center specializes in the treatment of healthcare professionals and other safety sensitive professionals.  Additionally, patients can participate in specific tracks for emerging adults, gender specific programming, and trauma focused care.  Family involvement is integral in the recovery process, and is expected to be a part of their loved one's care.  At UF Health, we provide hope to individuals as we know that recovery is possible.
