Kerry Schindler is the Ventricular Assist Device Coordinator at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital (NYP-MSCH). She has over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with over seven years of experience in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and two years in adult critical care. Kerry graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University and recently obtained her Master of Science in Nursing Education at Stony Brook University. In her role as VAD Coordinator, she is actively involved in patient care, quality improvement initiatives, nursing education development, and maintenance of registry data for NYP-MSCH VAD patients.
