Jennifer Cowger, MD, MS is the Medical Director of the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program and Co-Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She is actively involved in STS-Intermacs and is a member of MCS guidelines writing groups for ISHLT and HFSA. Her research focus is on clinical outcomes in patients undergoing durable LVAD implant and institutional and national LVAD quality.
