My name is Devin Alis Koehl and I am 33 years old. My degree lies in Data Science, MSDS. I have worked at the Kirklin Institute for Research in Surgical Outcomes for 8 years as a statistician and data anlayst for both the Intermacs and Pedimacs databases. My interests include Multivariate Parametric Hazard, Kaplan-Meier, and Competing Risk. I enjoy faciliating new research ideas to further patient outcomes and care. I also enjoy breaking down mathematical algorithms into their most fundamental parts and programming concepts. I have a vast experience in computer science, statistics, and data science. I also enjoy applying machine learning algorithms to data and understanding how these algorithms compare to traditional statistical algorithms. It my dream to change the world of medicine with the field of machine learning.
