Carmen Watrin graduated from University of Windsor in Ontatrio, Canada in 1986. She has more than 35 years as a nurse with more than 30 years with a focus on pediatric cardiac critical care. During her career she continued on with her education with a Masters of Nursing Science as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is currently the Director for the Heart Center Registry Team as well as the Director of Nursing for the Texas Children's Hospital Inpatient Unit .
