Melinda Offer, RN, MSN brings over 30 years of experience as RN with major focus in care of ICU and cardiac patients to her role as Consultant to the STS Adult Cardiac Database. Melinda transitioned to Quality Improvement in 2005 with major focus in Adult STS and ACC NCDR Cardiac Registries. In addition to her role as the Consultant for the ACSD, she continues to actively abstract cases for DASpecialists LLC. Melinda has published three articles and spoke at numerous national and local conferences.
