Janet M Shelley PT, DPT serves as the chair of the PPS Payment Policy Committee. Following the sale of a large regional private practice, Janet founded Medical Billing Center (MBC), a therapy specific billing company that prides itself on adding value to therapy owners and directors as a trusted business partner. Janet merged MBC with Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) in 2018 and currently serves as the Chief Disruption Officer (CDO) for TPS where she strategizes new business models that will aide therapy providers in seizing opportunities in a changing healthcare arena.
