Mike is a proven leader in the PT industry. As a member of the 8150 Advisors team, he is passionate about helping others maximize their personal and professional value. Mike specializes in helping practice owners through strategic growth, creating next level leaders,operational efficiency, and staff engagement. Prior to joining 8150, Mike helped Rock Valley Physical Therapy grow from 26 to 52 locations as its first VP of Growth & Development. New patient volumes increased 210% during his six-year tenure where he was responsible for de novo and mature clinic growth. While serving as Director of Operations for Proaxis Therapy, he was an integral leader in developing physician relations, operational excellence, clinical quality, and five-star patient experience.
Dedicated to life-long learning, Mike has earned a BS from Mount Union College, an MDiv with Leadership Specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a DPT from the Duke University School of Medicine. Mike is a certified coach and DISC personality assessment trainer through the John Maxwell Team. He has served APTA and PPS as a Federal Affairs Liaison, APTA Delegate, PPS Impact Editorial Board Member, and PPS Annual Conference presenter.
