Lil Nicolette's is an Executive Director for Enterprise Corporate Client Group in the US as well as Education/Training for the Enteprise Team. . In collaboration with her team, she identifies educational needs, plans and implements educational programs for the organization.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Gwynedd Mercy University and Masters Degree in Nursing and Health Administration from Widener University. Lil has held numerous Leadership and training positons in the Medical Device Industry as well as Leadership and Education positions in Perioperative Practice in numerious Health Care. facilities. She is the Past President of CCI, ( the Competency & Credentialing Institute), served on numerous National Committees such as AORN Works , National Bylaws Committee, Nursing Practices, Recommended Practices, Scholarship Foundation fundraising Committee and more. Currently she is the Chair of the Task Force on Member Engagement as well as President of the Philadelphia Chapter of AORN.
