Janet Pate, JD, MHA, BSN, RN, is the Director of Environment of Care and Safety for the ambulatory clinics at the Uniersity of Alabama Health Services Foundation in Birmingham, Alabama. Janet's responsibilities include safety and the implementation of regulatory and environemnt of care standards for 135 ambulatory specialty clinics for UAB Medicine.
