Amy Williams, RN, BSN, CNOR is the Surgical Services and Cardiac Cath Lab Director at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. Starting her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, she quickly realized after an emergency c-section that she was meant to be in the Operating Room. That dream came true as she obtained a position at a free-standing surgery center where she remained for 13 years. Taking the next step in her career she transitioned into a Surgical Services Director within HCA, where she has been for the past 7 years.
Amy graduated with her Associates Degree from New River Community College and later obtained her Bachelors from Western Governors University. Her leadership has been recognized throughout HCA as a Top Performing Leader and has obtained 2 HCA Unit of Distinction Honorable Mentions.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 wonderful children.
