I started my career in the operating room as a surgical tech. I went to nursing school a few years later with the goal of becoming a RNFA. I became a lifetime member of AORN, and worked on certifications and motivating our team to pursue education (formal and topic specific). I am lucky to have a job that I truly love and an awesome team to share a career with.
