Ashly Nolt is a Registered Nurse at The Reading Hospital Surgicenter at Spring Ridge. She has been a nurse since 2006 where she began her career as an associates degree prepared registered nurse. Ashly's passion for education pushed her to obtain her BSN and eventually her Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus on Health Care Policy. Throughout her 15 year career, she has spent most of her time caring for surgical patients from the ICU, PACU and currently within outpatient surgery. Ashly's love for providing quality patient care has driven her to engage in various EBP projects and quality improvement initiatives throughout the hospital. She currently serves as the chair of the EBP and Research Council at The Reading Hospital Surgicenter at Spring Ridge. She is an active member on the unit Practice Council and divisional Steering Committee as well as the Organizational EBP and Research Council. During her free time, Ashly can be found with her Husband and 2 daughters, at the gym, or coaching on the softball diamond.
