Heather Fisk BSN, RN, CNOR has 21 years of OR experience and is currently a Perioperative Clinical Team Leader for a Level II Trauma Center with 13 ORs. She is responsible for orientation and on-boarding of new perioperative staff and students, ongoing education and competency needs, and is the AORN Periop 101 Administrator for the system. She is actively involved in clinical improvement processes, trials, and policy development, is a member of the Surgical Clinical Council, and is currently serving as President of her local AORN chapter.
