Hope has 20 years of perioperative experience including pediatric care, trauma, transplant, surgical services, and 15 years of leadership experience. Hope is most proud of the work she has done related to patient and family experience including care of children with special needs during surgery. She is currently the Vice President of surgical services for nine hospital healthcare network working on a research grant through the CDC related to best practices and preferred uses for elastomeric masks.
