Staci Kvak is a master’s level prepared nurse who received her Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Toledo and a clinical research certificate from the University of Cincinnati. Staci has a Master Degree of Nursing Education from Kent State University and a Master of Public Health in Occupational Health Nursing from University of Washington.
She currently works at University of Washington Medical Center as a Healthcare Epidemiologist in Infection Control working on many projects and policies ranging from N95 reprocessing and reuse to air movement in the OR. She has previously worked at the Washington State Department of Health in various positions including as a Legionella Nurse Consultant. She has also worked in various nursing specialties from the operating room to medical-surgical to clinical research.
