Jamie Ridout is the Administrator of Capital City Surgery Center (CCSC) in Raleigh, NC. CCSC is a multi-specialty, free-standing ASC performing over 9800 procedures annually, including total joint and complex spine procedures. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial success of the Center and serves as the organization’s Compliance Officer, Risk Manager and HR Officer.
Ridout has over 28 years of perioperative experience and 22 years of leadership in both inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Ridout has served as a member of the AORN National Nominating Committee. She is a member of the Capital North Carolina Chapter (3413). Jamie has served on the Board of the North Carolina State Council for Operating Room Nurses and received the Perioperative Nurse of the Year award in 2017. In other leadership roles, Ridout is currently a Board member for the North Carolina State Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. Ridout was a North Carolina Great 100 award recipient in 2002.
Ridout holds master’s degrees in business administration (Elon University, Elon, NC) and nursing (Duke University, Durham, NC) and a bachelor’s degree in nursing (West Virginia, Morgantown, WV). She is both CNOR and CASC certified as well as holding certification as an Advanced Nurse Executive.
Jamie resides in Cary, NC. Her hobbies include running, kickboxing and tennis.
