Alesha is the OR Director of HVI Surgical Services. She has served as OR Circulator, Clinical Coordinator, and Clinical Manager of Trauma, Burns, and Emergency General Surgical Services at Memorial Hermann-TMC. Under her leadership, she has led a number of strategic initiatives that have improved patient outcomes and increased staff engagement. Alesha facilitated the opening of the first Level 1 Hybrid Trauma OR in 2020. She received her DNP from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, her MBA from American International University, and her BSN from the University of Alabama Tuscaloosa.
