Danielle Kelley, BSN, RN, CNOR is a Performance Improvement Specialist at Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital. She graduated from St. David’s School of Nursing – Texas State University in 2014 with a Bachelors in Nursing. Her operating room experience includes circulating procedures in multiple service lines including cardiac, thoracic, hybrid vascular, transplant, urology, and general surgeries. She has been a Certified Perioperative Nurse since 2018. Also in 2018, she became the Clinical Educator in the cardiovascular and transplant operating room, where she recognized the hardships the department was having with training and retaining surgical technicians. In 2021, Danielle made a career change and is now a Performance Improvement Specialist focused on hospital accreditation and regulatory affairs.
