Robyn Washington, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR
Robyn Washington, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR has been a Registered Nurse for 32 years with 20 years experience in the perioperative setting. For the past 15 years, Robyn has worked in the Anesthesia Pre-Evaluation Clinic where she serves on the Houston Methodist hospital wide Enhanced Recovery (ERAS) preop work group and as a Magnet Champion. Robyn has participated in service line and hospital wide initiatives such as planning Houston Methodist Hospital Magnet and Surgical Fairs. She currently serves as the Magnet Champion Magnet in Motion Chairperson and the Houston Methodist Coach for the Heart Walk. Robyn’s commitment to providing nursing excellence to the Houston Methodist organization as well as promoting nursing pride is evident through her involvement with the Houston Methodist Nurse Magnet Committee. Robyn recently was recognized as a Bronze Award recepient from the Good Samaritan Foundation. In addition, Robyn has volunteered for the Local Chapter 4007 2020-2022 AORN as Nominating Chair and Innovation Co Chair, Texas Women's Alumni Commitee, Black Health Matters, Nuts about Health, Jack and Jill of America, Enrichment Brotherhood of Northwest Youth, Susan B. Komen. Robyn graduated with a BSN from Howard University College of Nursing in Washington D.C. and earned her MBA from Texas Women’s University in Houston, Texas.
