Registered Nurse with a BSN from Marian University (1984) and a MS in Training and Development from UW-Stout (2005). Worked in organizational development and clinical education since 1990. Currently manager of clinical education for a team that supports 6 HSHS hospitals in Wisconsin. Involved in the development of a Nursing Education and Professional Development model. This model engages nursing colleagues from pre-licensure through mentorship.
