H. Charlie Lin is a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. With 12 years of experience as an RN in the Emergency and Operating room and in advanced practice, he was formerly the Team Leader for ENT at several facilities in North Texas. He consequently became a Nurse Practitioner specializing in ENT for several large academic institutions. Within his practice, he provides care to patients with a variety of ENT complaints and functions as a RN First Assistant. Charlie is also a faculty instructor for RN First Assisting at Delaware County Community College in Media, PA and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Stanford University's Physician Assistant program. Humanitarian service is the cornerstone of his practice as a member of the leadership team of several surgical mission organizations, having gone on over 30 mission trips. He is actively involved in leadership positions within the RNFA and Advanced Practice Specialty Assemblies and is the 2023-2024 AORN National Nominating Committee chair.
