Becca Hofer is a Project Manager in Altarum’s Community Health Practice Area. Ms. Hofer has eight years of experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods and technical assistance. She manages an array of projects related to maternal and child health and food and nutrition for state, federal, and nonprofit agencies. Most recently, she led the assessments of the Title V and MIECHV needs assessment updates.
