Golda Philip, JD, MPH, serves as the Senior Advisor for Equity for the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) where she helps advance MCHB’s work to reduce disparities and achieve health equity for maternal and child health populations. Golda previously was the Deputy Director for HRSA’s Office of Civil Rights, Diversity and Inclusion (OCRDI) where she worked to advance diversity and inclusion and promote equal opportunity for the HRSA workforce and for HRSA recipients. Before coming to HRSA, Golda worked in the HHS Office for Civil Rights where she led the enforcement of Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the main civil rights provision of the ACA.
