Maura Dwyer is a senior manager with the Health Impact Project, a collaboration of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The Pew Charitable Trusts and serves as the lead for the Calling All Sectors initiative, which is designed to forge lasting partnerships among government agencies and community-based organizations to address drivers of inequities in maternal and infant health. Maura has worked in maternal and child health at the federal, state, and local levels developing, implementing, and evaluating complex, large-scale public health programs and policies. Maura earned a Doctor of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Master of Public Health at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science at Villanova University. Additional areas of interest and experience include health equity, place-based initiatives, coalition-based approaches, and health in all policies.
