Program Manager, Equity, Metrics, and Evaluation

Courtney Salley, MPH, CHES, currently serves as a Program Manager of Equity, Metrics and Evaluation on AMCHP’s Equity, Epidemiology and Evaluation team. She is also the co-chair of AMCHP’s Internal Equity Committee (IEC). In this role she provides TA to internal teams regarding evaluation, creates and administers surveys, tracks operational metrics, and leads the IEC through work to advance AMCHP’s organizational equity efforts. Prior to her current role at AMCHP, Ms. Salley worked as a research assistant in the University of Michigan’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion where she conducted program evaluations for university-led programs. Ms. Salley received her BA in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies: Gender and Health from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and her MPH in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.
